About Me

Hi, I’m Julia! Born in Australia with Romanian roots, I have a passion for creating desserts that are
full of flavour, texture and loads of personality.
My style is all about smooth, textured buttercream finishes paired with thoughtful
layers - think curds, sauces, fillings and the perfect crunch. I love putting a twist on familiar favourites, like sticky date pudding with whiskey caramel or passionfruit curd with white chocolate
and yes - Biscoff 
(I can’t get enough of that golden caramelised goodness!).​
Every dessert is carefully crafted and creatively designed to leave a lasting impression.
